What time is check-in and check-out at the Beau M Hostel?

Can I arrive earlier for check-in?
We do our best to welcome you as soon as the rooms and dorms are ready. If they aren't available, we offer a free luggage storage area on check-in day, and you can relax in our common areas.
Can I do a late check-in?
Our reception is open 24/7. However, if you expect to arrive after midnight, please let us know in advance so we can ensure a smooth check-in.
What is the late check-out policy?
Late check-out is available until 1:00 PM for an additional fee of €5 for a dorm bed or €10 for a private room. Regular check-out is at 10:30 AM. You can arrange this at the reception during your stay.
Do you offer luggage storage?
Yes, we offer free luggage storage before check-in. After check-out, lockers are available for rent. Please visit the reception to reserve a locker. Private room bookings include free locker access for the entire stay.
How much does a taxi cost to the hostel?
In Paris, taxis have fixed rates for trips from main airports to the city center (Zone 1). For other destinations, rates are usually metered. You can check the G7 fare calculator for more detailed information. Rideshare services like Uber are also available and can offer competitive prices.
Is breakfast available at the hostel?
Yes, we offer two breakfast options:
• Express Breakfast (€5): Includes a croissant, coffee or tea, and juice.
• Beau M Breakfast (€10): Includes a croissant, bread with butter and jam, yogurt, coffee or tea, and juice.
These options can be purchased at the hostel during your stay.
Can I rent a towel?
Yes, towels are available for a one-time fee of €5, covering your entire stay, with the option to exchange them for a fresh one anytime. Guests in private rooms enjoy free towels during their stay.
Do you provide a hairdryer and iron?
Yes, hairdryers are available free of charge at the reception; just ask, and we'll be happy to lend you one! For safety reasons, we do not provide irons but offer a steamer as a convenient alternative.
Is there parking near the hostel?
Yes, we offer parking nearby for €35 per day. As we only have two spots, please contact the reception to confirm availability and receive directions.
Can I modify or cancel my reservation?
If you booked directly with us, you can request modifications or cancellations by contacting us or using the guest portal. If your reservation was made through a third-party agency or OTA (e.g., Booking.com, HostelWorld, Expedia), please contact them directly for any changes or cancellations.
Do I need a credit card to book or check in?
Yes, a valid credit card in the name of the booking holder is required for booking and check-in. If you do not have a credit card, please contact us directly to discuss other options.
What payment methods do you accept?
We primarily accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, etc.) and cash in euros at the reception.
Is free Wi-Fi available at the Beau M Hostel?
Yes, we offer free Wi-Fi throughout the hostel, including in the rooms and common areas.
What languages does your staff speak?
Our international team speaks English, French, Spanish, and other languages! Feel free to communicate in the language of your choice; even if we're not fluent, we'll do our best to understand and help you out.
Do you organize tours or activities?
Yes, we offer free guided walking tours and other activities around Paris. Check with the reception or our activity board for the latest schedule. We always strive to give you the best Parisian experience!
What is your cancellation policy?
Our cancellation policy varies depending on the type of booking. Please refer to your booking confirmation for specific terms. If you need more details, feel free to contact us directly.
What happens if I forget something at the hostel?
We keep non-perishable items in our lost and found for up to one year. Perishable items, like food, are discarded for hygiene reasons. Contact us if you forgot something, and we'll help you recover it if possible.
Can I request a specific room or bed?
We'll do our best to accommodate room/bed requests, but we cannot guarantee specific rooms due to availability. Please inform us in advance, and we'll do our best to meet your needs.
Is the hostel suitable for families or groups?
Yes, the Beau M Hostel welcomes families and small groups. For group bookings or special arrangements, please contact us directly.
Are the rooms equipped with air conditioning or heating?
Yes, all our rooms have air conditioning for summer and heating for winter, ensuring a comfortable stay all year.
Can I bring food to the hostel?
For everyone's comfort, eating in rooms and dorms is prohibited. However, you are welcome to enjoy meals in our common areas.
Do you have a kitchen, a fridge, or a microwave?
For your convenience, we provide cutlery, plates, and a microwave in the common areas. Please note we do not have a fridge or a full kitchen available.
Are pets allowed at the hostel?
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at the Beau M Hostel.
Do I need to pay a city tax?
Yes, in Paris, guests aged 18 and over must pay a city tax per night and per person. The amount varies based on the type of accommodation and is updated annually. This tax supports local tourism initiatives and infrastructure.
Do you offer mixed and female-only dorms?
Yes, we offer mixed dorms for 6, 8, and 12 people, as well as an only female dorm for 8 people.
Are minors (-18) allowed to stay or book at the hostel?
Minors (-18) can stay at the Beau M Hostel only if accompanied by an adult. They are not allowed to book by themselves.
